Dr. Bartolomé Oliver graduated in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and holds a PhD in Neurosurgery. After completing his residency training in Madrid, Dr Oliver went on to receive further specialized training in Sweden, Switzerland, Canada and the United States. An expert in both Spine and Cranial Surgery, Dr Oliver is comitted to applying and developing the latest in minmally invasive techniques and technology .

Co-Director of the Pituitary Adenoma Center for the Endonasal Resection of Pituitary Adenomas and other skull base tumors
Co-Director of the Brain Tumors Center at the Teknon Medical Center, dedicated to multidisciplinary treatment of brain tumors (microsurgery, awake craniotomies, radio surgery and endovascular procedures).
A part from his surgical experience Dr. Oliver has also taught Neurosurgery at the University of Barcelona, he has been a Senior Consultant in Neurosurgery at Hospital Sant Pau in Barcelona and has been the Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at the Hospital Mútua de Terrassa in Barcelona and at the Hospital Parc Tauli in Sabadell. He has published more than 150 articles in national and international journals; he has performed more than 350 presentations in national and international congresses; he has been the instructor in several hands-on courses among other merits.
